Your gift to Second Story Women’s Centre keeps our doors open and free programming available on the South Shore. Our annual fundraising goal is $45-50,000 per year.
$5 – can buy supplies for our Essentials Pantry, which is a program where clients can access
free period products, shampoo, body wash and other personal items, basic first aid items and some food items
$25 – can buy a gas card that will help a client to get to counselling or a group program at the centre
$50 – could pay for the mileage for a day of Outreach in a rural community
$75 – covers the cost to deliver an individual counselling session for a client
$150 – covers the cost of participation in 6-week group program for a client
$400 – covers the cost for one youth's participation in a week-long day camp for youth
$1000 - covers the cost to deliver a 2 day workshop for approx 5 attendees
$3600 – covers Occupancy (rent, utilities, cleaning and maintenance) for one month
