Looking back at Summer '22

Kids headed back to school this week, which means that's a wrap on Summer '22!

This summer, we did things a little differently at Second Story, in regards to youth summer camps and programming. Instead of running youth summer camps at the Centre, we...

• financially supported 20 youth to attend a local summer camp
  
• hosted free weekly workshops for girls ages 9-16 at Second Story Women's Centre
  
• provided four families with gas cards to get to camps
  
• provided one family with life jackets

We hope everyone had a safe and awesome summer break, and here's to an even BETTER school year!
